JAMES MAYNE

Director, Communications

James is the Communications Director at Young Australians in International Affairs (YAIA). He brings a strong background in marketing, communications, presenting, and event management, with additional experience in radio, print media, and brand development.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Relations at the Australian National University, James has a keen interest in international security, governance, and public policy. His professional experience spans strategic communications, digital media, and content creation, making him well-equipped to amplify YAIA’s message and engage young Australians in global affairs.

Passionate about fostering dialogue and empowering emerging leaders, James is committed to enhancing YAIA’s communications strategy and promoting opportunities for young people in international relations.
