Looking for YAIA Merch? 

  • How do you take payment?
    We take payment through Paypal which is a secure site. Currency is in AUD.
  • Where do you ship to?
    Currently, we only ship within Australia and it's territories. If you are outside of Australia - get in touch!
  • What is your returns policy?
    YAIA sells merchandise to fund its educational initiatives, helping to empower the next generation of leaders in international affairs. As a result, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. However, under Australian consumer law, if you think there is a major issue with the product, we will be happy to provide an exchange for the product, or if necessary accept the return of the product for a refund. We are also happy to do a size swap at one of our events in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra or Melbourne providing the item has not been worn, still has its tag and we have available items in the size you would like to swap for. Please email receipts@youngausint.org.au if you would like to organise a refund or an exchange.
  • I ordered the wrong size. What can I do?
    Reach out to our team. Contact reciepts@youngausint.org.au for help with payments, questions or queries.
  • I put in the wrong address. Can I change it?
    Please reach out to our team ASAP in order to change your address. Email reciepts@youngausint.org.au
  • When are the pre-order items expected to ship?
    This is our first drop of merch and we are doing a limited pre-order run for this first drop. It is expected to ship at the end of November. We know it's a while to wait before the items makes its way into your hands but we are running a discount until pre-orders are finalised!
