YAIA sells merchandise to fund its educational initiatives, helping to empower the next generation of leaders in international affairs. As a result, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. However, under Australian consumer law, if you think there is a major issue with the product, we will be happy to provide an exchange for the product, or if necessary accept the return of the product for a refund.

We are also happy to do a size swap at one of our events in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra or Melbourne providing the item has not been worn, still has its tag and we have available items in the size you would like to swap for.
